"Couches were dirty they need to be replaced.I seen a roach in my bathroom. Room service was offered for late night and early morning breakfast I did not get an answer.I called more than once during those special menu times. "

"My husband and I stayed in Villa #4 at Bocas del Mar Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful. Newly updated and a great view of the bay and the gardens. The restaurant staff are top notch. I can't say enough about the service. The front desk staff, again, just amazing. Customer Service at this resort goes above and beyond. "Excellent location"

"Beautiful pool, clean room, easy access from the airport. Unfortunately they do start loud music around the pool fairly early in the morning which means no sleeping in for light sleepers. I recommend the front desk equip themselves with more amenities for those travellers who arrive late after the shop has closed and may be in need of basics. Overall nice place, I would return. "
