"I enjoyed the service from most of the staff who ensured I was welcomed. Two people in particular that made my stay great was Maria the server at breakfast. It was a pleasure to wake up and go down for breakfast and to be greeted and served by Maria. She always knew that I needed salsa picante with my food. Miguel was the person who helped me check in. He ensured that I was satisfied with the room I requested and all my recommendations were fulfilled. I will always book my stay at Riande Urban Hotel anytime I travel to Panama. "

"It was a safety place, a little bit crowded but it was a high season. The food at the restaurants wasn,'t really good but the buffets had a good diversity of choices. The hotel,areas and bathrooms were very clean. In general the hotel is a great all inclusive one. "

"The properties wonderful there is a little language barrier, and everybody very accommodating. I would recommend the property."

"We paid a little extra to have a view of the Bay, and it was worth it! The view from our room on the 6th floor was beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that access to the breakfast buffet was included in the price of our room. The breakfast buffet went above and beyond in providing a large variety of food (standard North American and local Panamanian options) with different items on the menu each day. We also had the option of indoor or outdoor seating. Staff were courteous and helpful and the room and common areas were clean. No complaints here. "
