"I had a very comfortable bed & slept a very long time 11pm-9am. The room is well-furnished & the staff are most accommodating. I am disabled, so when I checked in they wanted to ensure that I could manage the steps into the bathroom. When I checked out, a staff member took my wheelie to reception whilst I got the lift."

"I stayed at The Buttery Hotel for one night. I had requested a street facing room but in retrospect, a non -street facing room might have been quieter as there was noise from people in the street well after midnight. It was a very comfortable room, bed, bathroom. Check-in was easy once I found the hotel and person who checked me in was very and offered to carry my bag up to my room which was about 32 steps upstairs. "This is one of the best stays we have enjoyed in a hotel. Everything was amazing and we felt so relaxed. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We had intended to eat out but ended up enjoying our meals in the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and well presented with attention to detail. The riverside walk into Oxford is a bonus.
