"We had 4 nights here so upgraded when we arrived. The suite was spacious with a separate bedroom full kitchen and European laundry. Loved the walk in shower and our view over the lake was awesome. Comfortable bed and large balcony. "

"Loved our stay in the twin room! We had a quick trip that required only one night in Dunedin. Late check in was seamlessly accommodated, the room was warm and cozy on arrival late at night. It was very clean, incredible shower pressure and comfy bed. Great location being in town - within walking distance to shops/the octagon etc and car park was provided for free. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend. "

"Late night staff were really helpful as we checked in late. The room was incredible with a stunning view and the breakfast had everything you could want. The servers at breakfast were also really friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"It’s an old building with charm and character. Well situated to the Octagon and other city tourist sites. Parking on the street. Rooms and beds are small but adequate. Appeared to have a well patronised restaurant. Lovely aromas greeted you at the door. The doors and lift shut earlier than advised. "

"Staff were great, location a bit weird in that we drove passed the hotel, then had to double back. The room was badly laid out, furniture really heavy to move and there was no fixed lights, all free standing. Lift was old and clunky"

"Good value for money, handy. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment. Probably showing its age in places. Very clean and nice rooms, staff were lovely and helpful "

"Room was small, but clean. Location is perfect, just a block walk down to beautiful Lake Wanaka (we could see it from our room). I highly recommend it as a destination."
