"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great amenities with free daily breakfast and parking included. The indoor pool was warm and very clean, and the daily breakfast was very good, offering eggs, sausage, breads and cereals. "Loved our stay at the hotel. It was quiet and very clean. A little bit away from Clifton hill made it nice as there was less traffic and quiet overall. The free breakfast was great and the pool was nice and warm! "

"The hotel has an interesting atmosphere and a great location. However, there are a few issues: there are no amenities in the rooms, and the bathroom lacks soap, so you will need to bring your own supplies. The decor is a bit outdated, but overall, you get what you pay for."
