"The front desk staff was very friendly, offering 24/7 coffee and they went out of their way to get hot chocolate for my kids. Breakfast was great, the pool was a hit and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. A 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill and close to the falls. Excellent stay!"

"Everything was great - friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, breakfast was better than I was expecting. The only thing I didn’t like was lack of carpeting - it was winter so there was lots of snow on our boots which caused puddles in the hallway and in our room, and it caused more noise because of more echo due to no carpeting. There were drunk loud people down the hallway and a family with children who came in the middle of the night, both woke us up. But front desk responded quickly when we complained. I think a lot of the noise issues could be solved with some carpeting "
