"Valet parking was convenient. Traveling in late Oct/early Nov was nice. No crowd. Got a room with a view-completely worth the extra money. Great views. Distance to walk to falls view area was a 5 min walk. Didn’t dine in the area. Drone to Niagara on the Lake. "

"Room was tidy, sheets were dirty and stained. Staff was great to send new ones up when we called but stains on the second set as well."

"Staff where friendly, bed was comfy and room was clean. Was there for a conference and came back to the hotel a couple times during the day and evening to find there was no parking. Only negative. "
