"Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet place to sleep at night after being out sight seeing and at the beach during the day. The staff was friendly, always saying "Good Morning" and "Hello" whenever we say them. "

"The best part has to be the gorgeous ocean views from the third floor, corner room we were given (#23). The whole hotel is pretty dated and has been there a long time. It seemed to me that our bathroom had some recent updates, though. Hampton Beach is just kind of run down in general. Our stay did nothing tonchange my mind about that."

"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled.
