"The location right in front of the Yokohama Bay gave me so much pleasure that I stayed in the room for extra time enjoying the view from the room. It is so close to most of the landmarks, I highly recommend this hotel."

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "

"The hotel was very nice! I usually stay in business hotels around Tokyo so it was surprising how much space it had. It was very easy to check-in. All I had to do was fill out a quick form with my phone number and address. They didn't care that my address and phone number weren't a Japanese address/phone number compared to some hotels. The area around the hotel was perfect. It is within walking distance from the station and there are many many places to eat and shop. There were days when I did not have to ride the train to go to a different area because they had almost everything within Shin-Yokohama. "

"It was very cheap and not to far from shinjuku and shibuya I recommend getting the room they offer as it was totally worth it in my opinion. Options for breakfast were pretty limited and not worth it in my opinion it’s also walking distance from a busy street and a 24 hour McDonald’s though I’m personally not a fan of McDonald’s. The staff were very friendly and most spoke English. They also have vending machines in the hotel as well as a bunch of manga to read at the laundromat. For the price it’s definitely worth staying there didn’t have any problems during my stay felt very comfortable during my stay. Definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again on my next solo trip to Japan "

"It’s a walk to figure out the entry- then your check in starts at the 20th floor. ;) the pool is open 1500-2100. And it’s only like 2ft tall outside, it’s a cool vibe though. Breakfast pretty awesome for about $23 a person. Rooms are clean, spacious and the location is great. Make sure u plan your day and route so u don’t waste time in train stations getting around is a mind game for new travelers to Japan."

"Very nice apartment style property, the rooms are well appointed with everything you need. Great service. The property is impeccably clean. There are some dining options in the hotel, and a small grocery store and other restaurants in the plaza outside at ground level. Very close to Bashamichi metro station and Minato Mirai. I would come again."
