"Great clean place — all staff (except blond/manager woman) were amazing!!! Great shuttle service — nice breakfast! I tried to enjoy the second floor terrace but blonde haired manager felt her smoke break was more important — really frustrating - who wants to smell someone second hand smoke when enjoying such a pretty space? Think staff should smoke in a non public hotel area… thanks to the staff at the check in and check out counter for your kindness!!!"

"What an amazing experience staying here. I stayed for 12 nights and from start to finish it was such a joyful, relaxing and stressfree experience. The staff at this Raddison i must say were exceptional. The best I have come across in my many years of travelling. I'd like to mention just a few, Desilva, Udaya, Gopal, Ratish, Ujeb, Schini, Mitra, Sumon and many many more. Rooms were cleaned, spacious and smelt fresh with working air conditioning and a fridge.
