"I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...

"Convenient and spacious apartment in modern Saslak neighborhood. Easy parking and places to eat and drink nearby. Figuring out how to check-in by car was challenging, because there is hardly any room at the front office and finding the easy parking space belonging to the apartments was equally challenging. However, staff provided personalized help and addressed all needs. "

"We stayed for 1 night as a family of 3. The hotel was new, the location was nice, the cleanliness was good. However, a baby bed is important for families. Unfortunately, there are no baby beds. I hope they will fix the deficiencies soon. What comes to my mind; Foot towel, face towel, air conditioner, baby bed, spare blanket, kitchenware. (There is nothing but 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 knives and 1 kettle)"

"Location was good, staff very friendly always ready to answer any questions, very clean, plenty of shops and little cafes around, room was comfortable with enough storage ! The only negative things was no presence lights on the stairs to the rooms, there was a power cut for almost 2 days and it was a adventure to go in and out of the room, I was on the 2 floor and it got really dark! You need presence lights all the way up and down "
