"From the moment we arrived and our room was available early until we left the service was amazing. We ate at Thiptara and Ewaan and both were fantastic value using the Entertainer voucher . We didn’t have breakfast but instead went to the pool from 9-45 to 11am each morning and had it practically to ourselves. The location is perfect for Dubai mall and we took short taxi rides to the metro rather than the 25 min walk . We will return "

"Wonderful customer service Front desk people were so friendly and accommodating They gave me a free upgraded room and when I told them I was there to volunteer to treat soldiers with trauma, they gave me a free dinner! And when I had a minor problem with the room (no heat, stick door to the balcony), engineering was there in 5 minutes. Everyone was SO nice, which was surprising since they were all Israelis!"

"On Business travel, clean room with good breakfast service. Efficient and polite checking in/out. Very nice Courtyard light dinning and drinks area. Just beside Em Sharif Lebanese restaurant. Starbucks across the street. Disappointed not having an Nepresso coffee machine in the room. TV channels, no business channel (Bloomberg/CNBC)."

"1. Toiler smell like sewage 2. No electricity at night and no water pressure and no ac or heating ventilation 3. No breakfast buffet, as I personally like the buffet experience in any hotel, they don’t provide a buffet option but basic breakfast is served through room service. 4. Dirty carpets and bad hygiene 5. No complementary beverages in the room such as water or tea or coffee…"
