"The hotel was in a great location, right downtown Grand Rapids and near Van Andel Arena. Hotel was clean and inviting, and had a great view of the downtown street. Room was smaller but clean. Could have used some maintenance updates but overall it was a nice room."

The staff is amazing, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are spotless, and exceptionally comfortable! Everything is clean and well cared for. The only problem is you'll have a hard time getting out of bed, its so comfortable! I always love staying here! "
