"Generally a nice hotel, Natasja was very polite, informative at reception. We had a deluxe suite, which was not much bigger than a standard room. We had a sea view on the 19th floor, but the sea was quite a distance away and the view was an abandoned building beyond the hospital. In the room it was clean, complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, good powerful shower, toiletries, air con was average, we stayed 48’hours and could not get the temperature below 24. "Loved the stay here. Rooms were spacious and staff were very friendly. Its in Little India but its very near to the famous locations in Melaka. The toilets are also very clean and the heaters are working perfectly. Overall, great stay, will come back!"

"The toilet floor is very slippery and had a slip and fall inside toilet. Need to put some friction mat on the floor to prevent reoccurrence. "

"Great in theory, but it’s a little tired. Only one of the dining options was open, which was a challenge given it’s a long way from anything else. The pool is gorgeous but closes at 6, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall it was fine, but not what I expected for the price paid"
