"The property was beautiful and we had a great time for the most part. We did have an incident where our concierge was pushing us to book a private transport downtown even though we wanted to take an Uber. Of course when it came time to pay none of the payment methods were working and all of a sudden the driver needed cash that was more than the agreed amount. None of the ATMs were working and we ended up having the exchange at the front desk. To make things worse, the concierge pleaded for us...

"Our stay was amazing! We had a great time and really enjoyed all of the amenities and activities during our stay. Also, the staff was so nice and always so accommodating. The only thing I would improve upon is the food. There were plenty of food options, but the food in the buffet and Mexican restaurant was “just okay”. I would definitely go back. "
