"The hotel staff was lovely and spoke great English. It was easy to communicate with them. The room I booked was spacious compared to other Japanese hotels, so my partner and I were happy. The hotel is near a bus stop and a subway station that was central to most sites on our itinerary. The pillows were a bit small for my liking, but I would definitely book here again on my next trip to Kyoto."
