"I love this hotel. It's huge with many rooms. The service is excellent. Salman has been very helpful at the concierge. He is friendly, attentive and professional in doing his job. The decor is fabulous and the breakfast spread is good. The only downside is the transportation at night to go back to the hotel. There is no Grab available and taxis will charge you with a very high price. I think Desaru must look into this matter. It's hard for us to move about as tourists. Time is so precious to us. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel is highly recommended! A very pleasant and relaxing stay."
