"EVERY SINGLE STAFF AT THE RESORT MADE SURE I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN THEIR OWN WAY! From the front desk staff who was always available wether it was by phone or in person,no matter the time… to the bar staff who always had a smile on their face when they serve you… to the cab drivers who was always willing to wait for you and ensure your safety off the resort! Chanel (I hope I spelled her name rite) from the scuba resort is someone I want to highlight as she takes THE BEST PICTURES and she is so bubbly and always keeps a smile on her face. She really loves her job! JAMMIN BAR was my favorite bar by far! The staff kept me smiling and laughing and they were so full of life and made the best drinks! I loved my experience "

"We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There are three main pool areas as well as three main beach areas. The resort has non motorized water sports like kayaking and sailing included. We went sailing one day and loved it. I also visited the Zilara spa towards the end of my trip and thought it was worth every penny. Would definitely come back!!"

"Where do I start?? I visited with my family of 6 to celebrate my birthday and my butler Ronald made sure to make this birthday memorable! Many of the staff members would walk by me and wish me a happy birthday! I can’t wait to visit Jamaica again because I will definitely stay at Jewel again! "

"Upon arrival, everyone makes you feel special. As soon as we walked in, they popped a bottle of champagne and asked us about our travel. We were immediately greeted by someone connected to expedia to confirm our arrival and departure information. The hotel was beyond clean. The people who work there are cleaning all day. The room was very nice. Some minor damage to the top of the night stands (from people placing beverages) but very clean. We were able to visit the other 2 resorts (very easy and close walking distance). The palace was by far the cleanest and most relaxing. Beach at the palace was also the softest sand and water compared to beach access at the other two. The buffet was amazing! Great food with a variety of options. Reservations were very difficult to get. Unfortunately we were only able to reserve the asian cuisine restaurant. I would describe the experience as wonderful and clean but the food was mediocre. We found very similar items throughout the buffet. There is a lot to do and no matter what you are looking for, they have it. Wonderful experience!! "
