"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."

"I have stayed at Sunset at the Palms four times now and plan on going back in the spring. This place is so inviting. It is calm and laid back. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is one of the best on Bloody Bay. They have a great staff that try and do anything they can to make your vacation special."

"Hotel is a very nice boutique hotel. Great location. Hotel is 2 minute walk from the Hip Strip. It’s right across from the beach. In walking distance of the souvenir stores, restaurants, clubs & casino. Free Jamaican or international breakfast. Rooms are updated and very clean. Exceptional staff. I’ve stayed here many times and never had a bad experience. I recommend this hotel!"

"Overall very good towards end of stay. Some of the front desk staff was exceptional. Thanks for organizing the fruit dish for my wife’s birthday. Breakfast staff was only attentive to certain type of people and ignore all others. The staff assigned to Dinner and breakfast before check out was excellent. Just the way we were treated when we first reserved 5 yrs ago. We were disappointed in the closure of the sky lounge and pool bar. There was no communication of this prior to booking. "
