This is the absolute worst resort I have ever been to , there was rats running around when I was eating dinner , they have time limit on everything thing , you can’t bring the food from downstairs to your room you have to eat with everyone else , they served the same dishes every night and morning, i recommend not eating the food nor drink their water or you will get sick , i had to eat outside food , the beach is not on the property, you are sharing a public beach , the staff is absolutely rude , everything shuts off after 12 , only go here if you are old cripple and have nothing better to do with life , they are marketing this off as a all inclusive when it’s more like a bed and breakfast and I have had a better time at a bed and breakfast’s than I did there , just the worst place I have ever been to

What I really loved about the property is the cleanliness. It is an older property, but the staff are always cleaning - it was spotless. Now, it is no luxury resort, but the cleanliness and staff interaction with the guests makes it well worth the stay. I am not a "foody" so I was not impressed with much, but there was always plenty of choices and the open Deli and Bar Grill was always open for options if the buffet selections were not pleasing.

This was our 7th time staying at Seagarden and enjoyed it . Kent street in front of Seagarden is a party spot for locals , loud cars , loud motorcycles , even with earplugs it is loud . Shower drain was slow and overflowed

The property was good with authentic Jamaican food. The water took a long time to get hot and re-requested towels, which took 24 hours for them to deliver. We also did not have any television service for a full day. The rooms were also a bit outdated.

Our stay started with a wrong room we requested and booked a room with a double bed, we were told we would need to stay in the room only for the night and would be placed in another room after check out. The room switch never happened. The bellhop broke my bathing suit while trying to get my bag. When i said something his response was well you still look good. Never offered to rectify it or apologize even. There was no hot water, there was only one chair on our balcony we asked for a second chair and was told multiple times one would be brought we finally received one the day before we left. Our room eas cleaned but no towels or wash rags were left, we called the front desk non were brought, i had to go to the front and complain then the manager brought them. I told her about our experience and how ill never return she said if i came back i would get a discount. I explained id never spend my money again. The food was ok but the servers were rude.

We requested our room to be cleaned and linen changed on one bed.. they just threw a folded sheet on the bed for me to do it. I requested from the housekeeper herself to also mop up the sticky floor, the bathroom sink was clogged for two days, for one full day we had no television to watch. I took my complaints to the front desk and through all my frustration NOTHING was resolved Nothing was offered to offset the filthy room or having to spend a whole day and night without television. Then I asked for a receipt and was told I booked through a third party so I couldn’t have one. I have pictures of even the trash wasn’t changed

I really enjoyed my stay! Staff is excellent! This is a true Jamaican resort. Food is really great and authentic! I would book this hotel again. It is within walking distance of beaches, food, clubs, stores. Taxi are always parked out front, look for red plates. Locals are always across the street selling nice authentic Jamaican items. They perfer US money, but will take Jamaican money.

Although although the resort is older, it is quite well maintained and very clean. We were mostly impressed with the food and food selections. There was a great assortment of jamaican food, along with other foods as well. The beach access was quite easy. And once you were on the beach, everything you needed was there, so no need to go back and forth.

I love the bedroom and the bed only thing I didn’t like was the tv didn’t work I enjoyed the show this is my third time staying there the last time I met the Owners daughter and she was very polite and nice I am sending my family to stay there there
