"New resort, helpful staff, family oriented, large option of restaurants You have to get reservations for dining which was little frustrating since most of the tables were empty but they restricted and it’s almost impossible to get reservations in advance of your trip. "

"Even though it was all inclusive they wrote bills for each meal and solicited tips. The front desk told me tips were not included in all inclusive. There were no guidelines on tipping, but on our first day I hadn't noticed the tip line the waiter wasn't shy about complaining. After that I tipped everyone, so 7-nights, 3-measl per day family of 6 I ended up leaving $235 in tips just for meals ($5 for buffet and fast food-like meals, $10 for full service and $20 for the 2 ultra gourmet restaurants). Like I said I have no idea if they're all cursing behind me or pleased. If tips were supposed to be any higher than that I'd suggest it get written into the price estimate."
