"Very very friendly and helpful staff. The original room we got was not what we expected. Was very small and the shower would soak the bathroom. We went down and asked if we could upgrade and they were quick to upgrade us at a very reasonable rate. We went to one of the bungalow rooms and it was very nice. Comfortable and roomy. Food and drinks were typical for an all inclusive resort. Nothing was bad but nothing was remarkable either. It is a very quiet resort so great to relax. Do wish there...

"Lovely hotel, main pool quite busy but the private beach was amazing with great beach bar and chilled music. We avoided the buffet and had incredible food at both the Cretan restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the Italian for dinner. Charming staff, just needs a minor rethink in bathroom as shower was narrow due to placement of soap holder. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend and return "

"Could not recommend this place more! We will definitely be going back. The staff was phenomenal, when we arrived we were greeted by a concierge who took our bags inside/to our rooms and made us a mimosa while we filled out our check in details. We did the half board so we got a buffet breakfast and dinner each night that had so many options and were very delicious! The front desk also made us a reservation for the el la carte dinner which was also free. The staff didn’t hesitate when we asked...

"Overall really good, just a little disappointed with the quantity and variety of food options at the buffet restaurant. It’s probably the smallest selection Ive had but what was there was very good, just would’ve like more choice as some of our group had restricted diets and we’ve always had a good selection to choose from"
