"It is a beautiful property, and the living space is spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced and good location. The lanai was huge, and we had gorgeous views. We had two cons that would not deter us from staying again. First, it was quite irritating to be confronted with someone trying to get us to schedule a timeshare presentation right after check-in after a long day of travel. "The unit we stayed in was well appointed and had everything we needed. They supplied much more than other timeshare units we have stayed in. We have arrived late and had enough toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, etc. to get us through the first few days. The decor was modern and, although the unit was surface cleaned, it could definitely use a deep cleaning. We had an issue with the dishwasher and dryer, both issues were resolved quickly by maintenance. The office staff was very friendly as...

"This was our first time at the Kona Rosewood Resort. We loved our stay. The Hale was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. The beach was great for snorkeling and the pools were relaxing. The best part is just how beautiful this property is. There are no ugly parts to this resort. We live on the BI and staycation in the resorts regularly. This one is a definite return for us. "

"It was quiet the only noise at night was waves banging against the shore or the light rain. I did late night walking and no one bothered me. Downtown Hilo takes me 30 minutes to get there on foot- I walk fast. There’s a bus but it didn’t run often. Right now the bus fare is free . All that is going to change come 2025. So be aware. "
