"The large spacious rooms were perfect for staying with teens. The hotel was located in a quiet and peaceful area. The Thai restaurant was amazing and were careful to prepare dishes according to allergies. The pools were clean and the evening foam party was added fun. The only downside was there were limited dining options and no pool bar to order drinks or food while swimming. "

"Suggest that light and sound be installed to indicate lift has arrived. There are 4 lifts and it is not possible to see which lift has arrived as the 2 lifts at both ends are slightly slanted in its location."

"For an airport stop over one of the worst experiences. No bus to meet us. No one has heard of it at the airport. Could not find until 3.30 in the morning. Receptionist couldn’t find our booking and it took an hour to resolve so didn’t get into room until 4.30am and had to be up early for connecting flight. Room itself was ok. Clean and towels and toiletries provided. "

"The hotel is in Shimey Bay, on the beach, far from the crowded cities. Definitely stylish, European hotel, looks like a big bungalow, as opposed to the nearby Westin Hotel, which looks like bunch of concrete blocks. Exceptionally well trained staff!! Chris at the reception helped me with organizing our transportation to Haikou Airport. She also help me withdraw some cash from the bankomat. We got a very good deal on the room through Expedia."

"Travelled with a big family and we enjoyed the big and spacious rooms that allowed us to stay comfortably. There was only one or two spots under the table that was dirty (we had to shift it to pick an item that fell). There are several types of bathroom. The ones with the bathtub beside the shower has more space and is more comfortable. The water pressure is good! Hotel staff were responsive and fast when we requested for items. Breakfast buffet had a good spread with a nice sea view in the restaurant. We had to take the lift down to level 1 to access a separate lift to the restaurant but we didn’t have to wait long for the lift so no complains about that. There are also several shopping malls nearby with a wide spread of food and shopping options. It is also quite near Qi Lou Old Street. Would come back to stay again if we visit the area. Do take note that if you drive, there are limited parking space. Might need to check with the hotel on that. "
