"There was some initial confusion as the hotel check-in instructions stated someone with a name board would be waiting at the airport/ferry port but none was there - however there were plenty of taxis available and after a driver confirmed with hotel staff on a call that nobody had been sent specifically we were able to make our way to the hotel. "Convenience location "

"We had been to Papallacta a few years ago, but just for the day to the big pools. I loved staying in the cabana with our family because steps away from your door, you had private thermal pools and they were awesome. My husband and nephew went on a walk on the trail by the hotel and their pictures were beautiful. The restaurant also had good food. The staff was great. The whole experience was a little slice of paradise!"

"We were told we could go to happy hour on the 8th floor. The hamburgers were old meat and the fruit cocktails had old, terrible fruits. The desserts were dried. Terrible food on the happy hour floor. Breakfast downstairs was good."

"This hotel is a gem. Right at the airport but quiet. Shuttling seemed silly but we did it and it was perfect after a couple of long flights - do it! Our entire experience was incredible. We were on a layover to the Galapagos so it was a super short stay but well worth it. And the continental breakfast is actually an incredible breakfast buffet. Custom omelettes, juicer, pastries, fruit, you name it - they offered it. I highly recommend staying here."
