"check in was not the smoothest but was sorted out after 15 mins, I should have communicated in advance to get a QR code to present to security guard. Location is best it could be in Quito and view and apartment were great. Would recommend but communicate before hand so your check in is smooth. "

"Beautiful building with very good amenities. To use the pool or jacuzzi, the owner needs to make a reservation at least 24 hour ahead. Paid for adding breakfast but needed to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant to get that. Dressing for the cold weather and going out is not convenient. To use the laundry you must download an application and create an account. "
