Hotels with kitchenette in East Sussex

"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). "Great place, convenient location, great view, but it was a bit smelly - have had to wash all my clothes to get rid of the smell. Like some kind of spice???"
