"Very clean and comfortable room. The livingroom with several seating areas and large screen tv was a big hit for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many Cretan savory and sweet food that we might not have had if it weren’t for this breakfast buffet. Every staff member that we met was friendly and helpful. It was a great hotel to stay in Heraklion."

"Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us....

"Absolutely fabulous. We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. "The reneiris hotel is on a hillside overlooking the beach. The view is spectacular and sitting in the balcony each evening was a great experience. BOOK A ROOM WITH A VIEW!! The rooms are modern and well presented. Breakfast is served in the pool bar and is varied and of Good quality. Pool area is nice, lots of parasols and pool was just right (1.6m max depth)"
