"I really liked the location. It's across the street from a mall, and restaurants. It was walking distance from this really popular restaurant/bar called "Cervecería 19." The staff was really helpful suggesting places to eat and visit. The pool and hot tub was exactly what we needed after spending the day exploring."

"They were great to me at the front desk upon arrival. My check in was for 2:00 pm but I got there at 12 pm instead, since i miscalculated my scheduling trip to Chihuahua city, but the lady at the front desk was very understanding and cool about the whole thing and still gave me the key for my room.
