Convenient location bit loud due to sports bar next door. Cleanliness was bad. 1 thing is old and another dirty. Lobby had an odor when you walked in. Shower looked like it was growing mold. Walls you could see hand marks.

The rooms were great! However, it seemed that the hotel was unprepared for large groups of guests. When we went to the pool, there were not enough chairs available. We didn’t even get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast because the small dining area was overcrowded, and there was a long line to get in. I've never experienced this issue at any other hotel I’ve visited. As a result, we ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Overall, I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

The property is in good shape and the beds are comfortable. I really liked the fact there is a shopping center with restaurants within walkable distance, which makes it super convenient. But with that comes a price, there is a restaurant/bar next to the hotel and their music is super loud, they don't close until 2 am so you won't be able to sleep well. One thing that made my stay awful was the staff and their customer service, we reserved 7 rooms and we came from different states for an event. We wanted to enjoy each other and get in the pool and hot tub. The first day we hot there the pool and hot tub were dirty. The following day it was clean but we asked the staff for the hot tub to be turned on because the water was cold. The first person said they didn't know how to turn it on, the second person we asked said they weren't sure it was working, then I asked on of the maintenance staff if ge could turn in on and he said he was going to ask I also asked who the manager was and he mentioned the manager was not there on weekends. They finally turned the jets on after waiting approx 2.5 hrs. Another thing the breaskfast they offer is awful even the coffee was really bad. The kitchen ladies have the worst attitude, the way they talk to you it's like if you are making their life miserable by eating there. Front staff wasn't great. The only staff that has good manners and treat you well are the housekeepers, big difference in their attitude. Also they lack a large seating area. 6/

Business trip

Upon check in, we didn't realize that we had to pay add'l fees for the 4th person. She wouldn't let us up unless the 4th person was paid for. Got to room, bathroom door was sticking and loud, there was a nail sticking out of the baseboard, my niece cut her ankle, we complained that night about the refrigerator, they'll send someone up, never happened. They removed bathroom door and replaced with another door. That was worse, stuck more. My nephew ended up fixing it. Receptionist stated that she'd send a rollaway bed the 2nd night. Didn't happen. I had to go down to make another request. It was finally brought up. I put up some arguments with the receptionist. When I requested a contact for the hotel to file a complaint, she finally changed her tone of voice and demeanor. No one should ever have to go to that extent. After all of that, it was pretty smooth sailing. BTW, your cleaning crews (maid service) were extremely polite and were at our service. We were so impressed with their work, their desire to assist us in any way possible and their attitudes were outstanding. They were extremely friendly day in and day out. Kept a wonderful repoire with all of them. Fantastic team.

The hotel was clean and very well taken care of. There were several restaurants right next door, which was great. The check in staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We stayed with a pet. They asked for vaccination records, which luckily I had, because we just flew in. The only down side was the early morning noise. First outside, from what I assume was a leaf blower, then directly outside our door, for what seemed like 30 minutes, with a carpet cleaner of some sort. We had our do not disturb sign on the door, and I even poked my head out the door, but the noise continued. Seems like the maintenance staff could wait until after 9 to disturb guests with louder noises. Was a bummer way to wake up after a later check in.
