"We both enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore this beautiful city. Parking is in a nearby multistorey. The décor is very quirky and the glass door in our room that is shared between the shower / bathroom and toilet takes some getting used too! The breakfast was continental with a large range of pastries, cereals, meats fruits and breads. We would certainly visit again our only criticism was on our final night we were...

"Easily one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the service friendly. Only a 10 minute or so walk into Congleton town centre. "

Beautiful stay

"Staff at reception, restaurant and also breakfast were all amazing. Housekeeping also came to make a bed up after a room change and was lovely and friendly. Whole place was immaculate. Spa was busier than we would’ve liked so struggled for a sunlounger, room was too warm too."

A perfect overnight stay

"A beautiful hotel. The staff were great, nothing too much trouble. Room was perfect, clean, spacious, complimentary drinks and snacks. Reception smelt lovely when you entered 😄 only 10 mins walk into the centre of historic Chester. Would definitely stay here again 👍"
