"On the first day, Wednesday, there was no concierge or staff attending the entrance though they did the next two days. Reception staff were friendly and processed check-in and che k-out quickly and pleasantly. A bottle of wine was in our room upon arrival, a part of our gold reward. Evening staff checked out the noises in the Junior Suite emanating from other rooms (think it was airconditioning it was very noisy making sleep difficult) They suggested we speak with day staff and have maintenance...

"The hotel was top notch; the rooms were luxurious, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service exceptional. The only criticism would be that the quality of the food ordered to the room (room service) was not at all up to the standards of the hotel. It was too expensive and was sub-par. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and quite frankly, the hotel is one of the best in the world. We are well traveled! Thanks, S and M. "
