"Loved our stay here the staff were friendly and efficient, Gustavo on the front desk was so helpful and made us feelat home. The pool was great after a long day walking around Granada. The breakfast wad great, The dinner menu was a bit limited but good Quality. And there are quite a few restaurants in the village open after 8pm. "I stayed here for a few nights in November and absolutely loved it. The room was large and clean. The hotel is very nice. The food was REALLY good! Staff were kind and helpful. There was an issue with adjusting my stay that Expedia tried to help with but the hotel did not respond to which is a shame. But regardless of that, I will definitely return. "

"Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "
