The shuttle bus from the airport was free, and was also free for a return trip to the airport with proof of an outbound reservation (plane, train, bus). The onsite restaurant was convenient.

The Zen is a great boutique airport hotel. Well run and great value for the money. I am in Andalucia annually and always try to book at the Zen when flying in or out of Malaga airport.

I like that it was really close to the airport. The staff was really helpful. Our flight was at 5.50 am and they call Uber for us. It took less than 5 minutes to pick us up.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Highly recommend to stay here. The rooms are very clean and adequate to our needs. The cleaners come in every day to refresh the towels. All the staff are very friendly and helpful with every you need. Excellent shuttle service from pick up from the airport and taking back to airport. The shuttle also takes you to the beach and back. The breakfast is amazing a varied choice to pick from. This hotel I would highly recommend for a chilled and relaxing holiday. The amenities are brilliant ie swimming pool also at the this hotel.

Very nice property for those who are just staying on site or near the airport. Pretty far from major areas and the walk is uphill. The place itself was great - just not the best location for walkability.

The check in person was not very helpful so things were a bit unclear. The restaurant and bar staff were amazing. It was very loud into the evening and we were flying early in the morning. The photos and size of room were much different then the photos. Things were fairly clean but kind of falling apart. It was fine for the one night we were there. But I wouldn't recommend it for more then that.

The room was not clean, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and it felt like no proper cleaning had been done before arrival. During the night, it was extremely loud – I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it almost impossible to sleep. Paying 80 euros per night for this is outrageous. I definitely would not recommend staying here

Few teething problems to start with wrong bed in room getting a kettle & shuttle service, reception staff not all on the same wave length imo tryed to be helpful a guess, room cleaned everyday & fresh towels cleaning staff were exceptional, room spacious & nice bathroom, not sure the pool was heated my freezer felt warmer, food was nice & Bar service 30 Mins walk to centre of torremelinos, 10 min to la Colina station nothing else much around a few shops odd cafe, tapas, McDonald's, Burgar King in walking distance too..
