The front desk staff is always very polite and helpful. Our view was not great, but we were only there for a couple of nights. I am sure we will return again. "

"Good service. Check on was quick and lady was friendly. Room was really nice with comfy beds. Only thing was view from window was non existent just other windows so no natural light. Overall liked the room- good size. had a kettle. Nice bathroom. Complimentary minibar was a lovely bonus. Bullring and Trianna bridge was 5 min walk. Cathedral and other sites were 15 min walk. Had plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Enjoyed my experience in hotel "
