"Lovely little village, secure off road parking lovely room and powerful shower. Staff were very accommodating and breakfast and bar food was spot on. The building and surroundings are kept very well and rooms were warm with fresh milk for teas and coffees provided along with coffee machine in room. "

"Just returned from a 2 day stay to celebrate an anniversary and have to say it was a lovely hotel. The building and gardens were beautiful and well kept even boasting a small stream! Room was very comfortable and clean as were the restaurant and spa area. Would like to give a mention to Tracy, the restaurant manager and Poppy the waitress. They made sure we were looked after very well and made out stay even more enjoyable. We will be returning."

"Having had a 3 hour drive down, we were greeted with a smile and two delightful rooms. Crisp linen and a smile. Food was fabulous (try the scotch eggs). Beer was good and the conversation was great. Will come back when visiting family. Fully booked for Sunday lunch so make sure you book if coming to stay. Judging by the 3 courses we had well worth booking"

"I really liked this facility. The rooms were clean and spaceous. The reception was at the end of the bar which didnt work well as the staff were a little distracted. We got there in the end though. Restaurant was lovely though it closed early due to short staff. That was a blessing in diaguise as we went to a loval Italian which was amazing. "I’ve just stayed a couple of days and it’s been really nice. Ayesha on reception was brilliant on arrival and the young lad from Uruguay behind the bar equally professional and polite. I ate in the bar one night and room service the second. Enjoyed both. Great location for working around South West London and getting back on the M25. "I love my visits to The Thatchers have been using this hotel pre-covid and missed it whilst it was closed This hotel is close to RHS Wisley The staff are welcoming, food is very good although a little limited. Cant fault the way the food is presented and is lovely and hot. Well done to all the staff."
