Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. "Our family always stayed at Vista every time we visit Korea for the past few years and enjoyed it very much. However, this time was slightly disappointing as they changed some things. They removed the check-in desk and turned the whole lobby area into a buffet restaurant. This was unpleasant as the check-in is now at Walkherhill, through some banquet rooms and small hallway. The buffet always had a lot of people lined up and congregating, and the people from banquet using were also very loud....

"This hotel is ok. But staff didnt know i stayed there few days. She called me to ask check out in the morning. I had to adjust jet lag so i struggled to sleeping but she woke me up. It was so annoying. And bed and pillow has smell. Its not from cover cloth. Its from inside pillow and bed mattress. Smell was bed. But its ok overall except what i said. "

"Excellent hotel. Would like to stay again. Bed and linens were very comfy. Staffs were courteous. Eating options around the area were great from low cost to upscale. Try Hyundai Department food court. The only one thing that I did not like was the breakfast buffet. Korean foods were lukewarm around 7:00, and choice of pastry was limited. Coffee was good. "

"I don't have enough good things to say about this hotel. Last minute I didn't have anywhere to stay for the night in Korea and they were super accommodating, got me a room right away and held my luggage for me the next day. Only stayed for one night but the room was clean, comfortable and safe. Also a very short walk from the train."

"The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay. "
