"Our stay at the Shangri-La Sydney was nothing short of exceptional. We were lucky enough to be there during Vivid, and the views overlooking the Harbour Bridge and Opera House from our room were simply breathtaking — easily one of the best vantage points in the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely cared for. A real highlight was having access to the Horizon Club Lounge on level 30. It was a peaceful retreat with panoramic views, great service, and delicious canapés and drinks each evening. The combination of luxury, location, and those unbeatable views made for a truly memorable Sydney experience. "Convenient location next to the ICC, 80m walk from Convention Tram station, 10-15 min walk from Central station. The hotel is clean, modern, with good amenities including comfy slippers. Self checkin and the digital key (if u have the Accord Hotel app) is so handy. No need to wait in queues when you check in. Easy walk to Darling Square and China Town, highly recommended! "

"We are return guests from interstate who love the location of this hotel and the undercover, on-site parking. The rooms are quiet and spacious. The beds and pillows are really comfortable. Being so close to Darling Harbour, the ferries and light-rail makes this hotel a great choice."
