However, I did not recieve information concerning what the hotel offered (such as meals, pool). In fact I was told that there was no pool or access, which was not true. Nor was I informed that they have an evening restuarant on site. I did not feel welcome. But cleanliness, and location were great."

"The breakfast was well worth the extra money. The reception staff was very helpful. We chose not to have our room cleaned but asked for clean towels. They did not bring them until our third request. The electricity in our friends' room didn't work. It was not turned on until late in the day, after it had been requested early in the morning. "There's a lot to like about this property. I appreciated the location, the complimentary bar vouchers upon arrival and the room was a great size too - but there were some shortcomings. The design of the building means if your room is close to the atrium, the noice from the lobby and bar area is quite substantial, there were a few stray hairs left in the bathroom which is a bit ick and getting to the hotel from the Darling Harbour side isn't straightforward. Overall, we enjoyed out stay. "
