"The rooms are clean and comfy. The only issue is the bathroom "pocket door". Hard to close and hard to open. The only thing I would give zero stars is the in-room coffee. Horrible. "

"The property was being used as a homeless shelter, this should always be disclosed to the public.When we arrived there were 2 police cruisers and officers dealing with a family outside the lobby. The desk clerk insisted that we did not have reservations even though we did. Then when I retreived the confirmation from my car and he ran it through the computer It said my name ,but all the other info was wrong and he said, "just sign it!" which I would not. It took over 40 minutes to clear this up....
