The hotel needs updating. Customer service was friendly. There were stains on the carpets, the sofa and a ton of gross food left on the desk chair in my room. By the time I saw the food that was left behind I was dressed for bed and decided against complaining for a new room. For a one night stay it’s not bad.

Staff was accommodating with my request for a room on a quiet side. Room was advertised as a suite but was very small with extremely outdated furniture and TV. Very convenient to the Danbury Mall. Ongoing construction outside and inside. Difficult connecting with the desk via phone but they did respond to emails.
