"Great pool, great breakfast, lovely staff, spacious room, quality gym. We only stayed there one day after a few days near Old Town, and although we had some rain the walk up to An Bang beach along the sand was nice (approx 3km). We also walked to dinner at a local restaurant called Mate's restaurant, which I also recommend for a quality fresh meal. "

"I had an awesome holiday at this location. Each day for breakfast, the staff personally gave me bacon that wasn't on the menu for others. Food selection was fabulous. All staff members were very courteous and wanted to ensure your stay was pleasant."

"Older hotel for sure. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had issues with our bathroom and safe but that was easily and quickly fixed. Staff checked on us every day to make sure we did not need anything and provided us with suggestions for our vacations. "

"No frills as quoted. Beds were really comfy. Nice balcony but no furniture on it. Bathroom needed work, loose tiles no shower curtain and had to hold shower hose. But good price nice staff and tasty omelette with fresh Bread roll , coffee and fruit for breakfast. Phi next door made lovely food and did laundry for 30k per k. Near to beach and short drive to port for Cham island or taxi to old quarter. "

"Very nice family run guest house. The owner was able to arrange a taxi for me from Da Nang then to the airport upon departure. At a better price than I could get. The beach is right across the street. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The room is large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good variety. It was very nice to have the use of a bicycle for going into town. Communication was very easy. I highly recommend and would stay here again."

"The room was very well appointed and the bathroom was very spacious with a tub and shower. The hotel was new and had a beautiful floral scent. There was a glass floor around the breakfast buffet which made eating at this restaurant a very unique experience. Most of all, I felt supported and looked after by Rose. She contacted me before the trip with ideas on how to spend my few days in Danang. I was very unorganized but when she was able to book me activities and tours even on late notice. ...

"Supremely kind staff. Weather was poor on our trip but the facility was clean and organized. Staff were aplenty and very thoughtful and kind. Breakfast buffet had more than enough options. My six year old daughter made many friends with the staff and visiting children at the kids club. We will definitely stay here again."

"The Sala was a great place to stay. Short walk to the beach, great street with many spas (recommend Heart Spa down the end of street 30m) and restaurants and next door to a laundry. The staff were excellent and breakfast had a large range of excellent food. Close walk to town and all the excitement. Room facilities were excellent and bed hard and very comfortable. "

Amazing place to stay

"Our room was amazing! It was really large, nicely appointed with comfortable furniture in addition to the plush king-sized bed. The large bathroom was lined with marble and had a large deep soaking tub. The hotel offered us complimentary massages for each day of our stay. We paid for more since they were so good. The lobby is beautiful. Every member of the staff was extremely polite and efficient. Definitely recommend!"

"Excellent location, very clean, and very capable staff. If you stay for any more than four days choose an apartment, where the 2BR apartments come with a cooktop, washing machine/dryer, and a full-size fridge & freezer - as well as all the amenities of the actual hotel. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet and gym were excellent. Special mention must go to Nam, one of the hotel's concierges, who went out of his way to organise a number of our side trips for us and help navigate our way around Da Nang. Perhaps the only small minus was the flotilla of motorbikes zooming down the main street almost every night - but I guess that's the price one pays for having a room overlooking the Han River. If you close the sliding doors the noise reduces considerably but we liked the fresh air rather than using the air-conditioning. Our two-bedroom apartment also had a very large balcony, which was fantastic to sit out on and watch the world go by on the river. The hotel was also directly opposite the boarding location for the night river cruises."
