"The hotel is in the process of being really nice! Our room was comfortable and slightly outdated but no complaints other than the location. This is not the hotels fault but the road the hotel is on is incredibly busy and traffic was hideous! Otherwise very convenient location for Disney/universal and very cute water park and arcade. "

"We used this as a quick stop over stay before our flight. It was excellent value. Room was clean, unit was quiet and check-in smooth. Hotel called us to make sure we had instructions in case we were checking in late. Beds were comfortable. Pool area looked clean but we came in at night and didn’t use it. Overall we would stay here again without hesitation. "

"Stayed for the President’s Day weekend and it was amazing! Hotel staff has top notch service & cleanliness. Go see concierge Sydney S. for reservations on & off property and recommendations. She’s the best! Hotel puts on a great fireworks show right in front of the pool area. Definitely would recommend this location! "

"Rooms are very old and outdated. Beds were all stained. Had to change rooms because tv didn’t work. Just didn’t feel comfortable in the area it was located. They said they offered breakfast but no one told us where to go for it and we didn’t see any signs. "

Not in Good Condition

"I didn't take pictures as I thought it was a good price, even though the home we were assigned was in poor condition. The carpets were stained everywhere, the dining room table had areas severely damaged (and covered by a pretty cutting board), the chairs were stained, and the beds were super uncomfortable (and squeaked badly). The worst part was that the home had german roaches. We kept all food (snacks) in the fridge so the bugs could not get to it. Was disappointed but the pool made up for it in my mind. I was completely shocked when we got a bill for stained towels, sheets, and pillowcases. I'm sorry but there is no way we stained all that was listed. We left in the am to go to a conference and came back to use the pool and sleep. If you go here - make sure you take LOTS of PICTURES when you arrive. I did not and cannot prove we did not do this. "
