"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena. "

"El sitio es limpio y tranquilo. No nos gustó que el ventilador no servía pese a saber el establecimiento por lo que dejamos la ventana abierta para que nos diera aire pero los mosquitos nos picaron. Las vías de acceso son horribles, calles sin pavimentar y los autos bajos no entran facil o se golpean. "

"Arrived to the hotel about 830 pm. Looked like it was close to other hotel restaurants. Wanting to walk and get dinner but was told by the hotel staff that it was unsafe to go outside. Asked for a cab and was told it was difficult to get one. Ending up leaving the hotel that evening. Staff working was rude to my spouse but apologies when we brought it up. "
