My ONLY caveat was I was charged an extra fee upon checkout. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged $50k COP because I ate in the bed and spilled food on the white comforter. "The staff at Casa Emma were fantastic. Friendly, helpfull, really nice people. The hotel had some issues w/ the electicity and water supply, but these may not have been just at the hotel. There was one problem w/ the water heater in our shower, so they quickly moved us to another room. I loved the location also.
