"I had a fantastic time! The junior suite is beautiful. The view from the large balcony was amazing and having the little kitchen was convenient. The space had a great amount of natural light which I really appreciate. The staff made my stay even better. Most frequently I interacted with a front desk person, Emilio Gomez. When you think about customer service, he went above and beyond. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I plan to return to Medellin soon and cant wait to stay at the Heiss Hotel again. "

"I was debating myself between the Hilton and the Hyatt hotel for my vacations in Cartagena. I am glad my choice was for the Hilton. The service is excellent, they are super kind and they do their best for you to spend a good time during your estance. The only con I can mention is that when I went to Las Chivas restaurant, the waiters were distracted and not very attentive. Except for that, I highly recommend. "
