The property is clean and airport transportation is a plus. However what I didn’t like is the very slow pace of check in. It took more than 30-40 minutes to check in with one employee, later another came and people were waiting desperately to get their turn.

I love this hotel. This is my third stay - each one has exceeded expectations. The hotel is impecable. The restaurant and room service were great. The best part is the staff, professional AND friendly. All so helpful, especially Daniel at the bar, Mauricio helping with bags and much more and outside security? Jose Castillo was awesome. I see this hotel as a home away from home. I couldn’t recommend it higher.

This was by far Hilton Garden Inn I’ve stayed in. For infrastructure, comfort, professionalism and attentiveness of personnel. What a great choice for a stay near the airport in Bogota. Wish US properties touched this bar.

The staff is not as professional as I thought it would be, breakfast is the same thing every day. Some of the staff were polite and attentive but most were not, especially not front desk. I went down the day before I had to check out to get an extra night because of a late flight, yet the day came and my key stopped working because the lady didnt put the extra night after telling me I was all set. I think I would be willing to pay a little more for better service.
