Nos encanto el hotel GHL Arsenal. El servicio fue excelente- los empleados siempre muy amables. Nos encanto que queda cerca del centro. Los restaurantes alrededor muy buenos. La piscina con una vista muy bonita, y el desayuno delicioso y con mucha variedad. Super recomendado!

This property is very conveniently located walking distance to the clock tower/bustling center of Cartagena de indias. We were able to walk to our walking tour (and Getsemani), the castle, chivas, shopping, our cooking class, and the port/meeting spot to go to the mud volcano. The room was clean and nice and the rooftop pool area and restaurant were both nice as well. As far as a valuable and nice stay within Cartagena de Indias borders, we recommend this one.

Great place..staff was amazing Jose the pool bar tended. Sayuri host at BF and waitress was amazing . Claudia Hosts was also friendly helpful and very nice..Christian our busboy was also helpful want out of his way to help me in room 325.The spa was perfect. The deep tissue message was amazing the facial was Excellent.

This property is perfectly situated in Getsemaní with close access to El Centro historico. The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating, and the pool and massage services were great. Will definitely be returning!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent although there are some rougher areas nearby. Staff was wonderful, especially the bell staff and the bar staff. Restaurant can get overwhelmed during breakfast when the hotel is full, otherwise I enjoyed the food. Would definitely return!

I stayed at GHL Arsenal Hotel in Cartagena to celebrate my cousin's 37th birthday, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From arrival to departure, the hospitality was superb, thanks in particular to Alfonso, who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.My cousin wanted to get her hair braided at a local salon, and Alfonso expressed concern about the area. He arranged for a trusted person to safely take us there and back. He treated us like family, ensuring we felt safe and cared for throughout our stay.While my cousin was out, Alfonso helped us find decorations to surprise her when she returned. Not only did he direct us to the right shop, but he personally walked us there! Later, the hotel also delivered a small birthday cake to her room, which was a wonderful surprise.On the morning of my cousin's birthday, the staff surprised us again by singing "Happy Birthday" as she came down from her room—a beautiful and unexpected gesture that made the celebration even more special.The hotel was very accommodating when we had to check out early for an excursion but had a late flight. They let us use the pool area to freshen up, which we greatly appreciated.Breakfast was amazing with a variety of fresh fruits, tortillas, chicken, and attentive staff. And the rooftop infinity pool with stunning views of Cartagena was the perfect way to unwind. I can’t wait to return!
