"Overall good experience. Had issue with bath tub drainage but it was taken care of within minutes. Staff is great especially in dining. Thank you Stephen, Sunil, Anil and the guy who made eggs in the morning. Lots of Food options. We were early for check in but Rakesh accommodated us as quickly as they could. Will stay here again. "

"This hotel is always a pleasure to visit. It is beautiful, the staff, is lovely, and the food is excellent. The architecture and interior design are excellent and they have a very interesting gift shop as well. It is a historic place hotel, and in my opinion the best place to stay in Delhi if one wants old world flavour!"

"The hotel is good, it’s functional. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great too. Two essential items for me personally when staying away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Very close walk to two different metro lines. The communal areas were tidy and clean. The room was a bit scruffy in places with marks on the walls, just very visible wear and tear. "

"The hotel is extremely well located, very central and has good metro connections. The area can be quite rough for tourists and dirty if you want a clean environment select the suburbs rather than downtown. There are plenty of places to eat around. The entrance to the hotel is a bit weird but once in the hotel all fine, we felt safe and comfortable. The room was Clean and good bathroom for local standards. The noise from the street was not bothering. We had breakfast included and unfortunately...
