"The property is right in the center of New Delhi with all the government and other big company offices. You just can’t see them because the streets are tree lined. The hotel is gated so you feel safe and secured inside. However when you try to walk outside. It’s a little bit sketchy… homeless people. I tried their spa and it was clean and service is first rate. The only thing is that there is a water drain that emits some smell. Overall, service is great. "

"The Imperial is a unique institution, almost a destination rather than a hotel. It is beautiful and its superb art and artifact collection sets it apart from any other hotel we have ever experienced. The staff and concierge are extremely attentive and all our requests were met promptly and with great care. The hotel is a little difficult to locate as it is tucked away in a narrow lane. But the advantage is that it is away from all the noise and crowd. Rooms are clean and large, although the bath area is very congested. Very close to the important Metro station of Rajiv Chowk."
